    CLOTHING

    • All items must be unused and include the original packaging
    • Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached. If you plan to return your clothing please keep it clean
    • Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged

    SHOES

    • Shoes must not be worn and must include the original undamaged box
    • If you plan to return your shoes do not wear them after trying them on
    • Shoeboxes must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them - we need the shoeboxes to sell the shoes again
    • Once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged

    SKATEBOARDS

    • All skateboards must be un-skated and in like-new condition
    • No skateboard deck is completely guaranteed
    • Once a skateboard has been used it cannot be returned or refunded
    • Once a skateboard has been assembled, its parts cannot be returned or exchanged
    • BANNED Mailorder is not responsible for actual deck color and/or dimensions
    • BANNED Mailorder does not replace broken decks or decks with pressure cracks

    Deck Guarantee Limitation: No skateboard or snowboard is completely guaranteed. Once the deck has been used it cannot be returned or refunded. The only exception would be a deck with a manufacturing defect. For questions on a possible defect, please call Customer Service at 909-793-7070  .     DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
    BANNED Mailorder does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe your product is defective please send it back along with the return form explaining the defect. BANNED Mailorder will reimburse shipping charges only on items declared defective " by the manufacturer".

    REMORSE RETURN

    We will charge a 15% re-stocking charge on all remorse returns.

    RETURN AND EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

    Return and exchange as many times as desired. Buyer pays for Shipping TO and FROM. IE: TO return it to us, and FROM us back to you.

     You may return your merchandise for credit to your credit card or you may exchange for another item. Please be certain to complete the return form on the bottom of your invoice. Repack the item(s) in the box your order was shipped in and return the package to BANNED Mailorder.

    We DO NOT accept C.O.D.'s on return items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS or insured Parcel Post.
